constant tram noiseunsafe staircase
My room faced the street. Tram noise was constant. The noise continued late into the night and started early in the morning. I found it hard to sleep, so I needed earplugs! The window did not block sounds very well, and this was frustrating. the staircase was a challenge, especially with my luggage. It felt unsafe.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location suits the tram infrastructure, and there is a station right outside the building. the room we stayed in is very well equipped and it had a hydromassage bath, it was an additional plus. free coffee and hot chocolate was available throughout my stay. WHAT A TREAT!
The stairs are VERY STEEP. I was aware of this beforehand, but if you are a larger person, I would not recommend it. i could hear noises from other guests. Soundproofing could be better. oh, WELL.
